Julia has over 28 years of experience in the film and television industry, having worked on a wide range of productions including Far from the Madding Crowd, Kingsman, and Les Misérables.

 

More recently, she has served as Production Designer on the successful BBC period drama Call the Midwife.

 

In her role as Set Decorator, she received an Emmy nomination in 2011 for Upstairs Downstairs.

 

After graduating from Chelsea School of Art with a degree in 3D Design, specialising in Interior Design, Julia began a successful career in interior design. Her projects included The Dorchester Hotel in London and the Ciragan Palace Hotel in Istanbul, before she transitioned into film and television.
